Cass Sylvia, Member

Cass has served as President and Vice President for STEAC as well as being a dedicated volunteer. She is currently the Yolo County Public Guardian/Public Administrator. She was elected to this position in June 1998. She is currently President of Woodland Luna Vista Rotary Club. Cass has been an active community leader and volunteer for numerous Davis and Yolo County nonprofit organizations. She is currently on the Board of Directors for Food Bank of Yolo County and Friends of Yolo Adult Day Health Center. Cass is a resident of Davis.
